It is produced
on the San Benedetto farm and boasts no sugar, preservatives, artificial
colourings or pectin. Made from fresh fruit grown right on the farm,
directly supervised through the ripening stage, it is then hand picked
and made into jam the very same day. The plums come from wild plum trees
that are found only in this area and they have peculiar laxative
properties that remain unaltered in this jam that is produced with the
